When Tracy Wright, an Ex-Chicago Police Officer and a successful Real Estate Broker in Illinois began to see the real estate market take a nose dive, she decided to come up with a plan B. While viewing an episode of "The Big Idea" show featuring two brothers who were successful entrepreneurs in the apparel industry, she decided to start her very own T-Shirt Company in 2006. Executees was born, which highlights a professional, and high class line of tees. She focused on a niche of t-shirt items made with CRYSTALLIZED™ Swarovski Elements.

The Custom element of their tees makes the possibilities of designs endless, which make Executees a stand out company. Their custom t-shirts are perfect for bridal parties, businesses, non-profit organizations, salons, and schools etc.

Tracy recalls when her first customer purchased a custom t-shirt for her business, and how many compliments and referrals she received from it. She knew she had a hit creation. Executees while bootstrapping her company has now grown into a worldwide customer base, and is constantly complimented on her fabulous designs, and quality of her t-shirt creations. Executees was invited to participate in the fabulous May 2008 Spring Shopping Event at Oprah Winfrey's Harpo Studios.
